ECHOS OF CHANGE should publish formal terms, silent auction rules, youth safety guidance, donation disclosures, and sponsor rules only after operational and legal review. This page is intentionally transparent instead of pretending those policies are complete.

For now, public claims should stay limited to what ECHOS OF CHANGE can verify and support.
