Final Selection & Onboarding
Receive your offer, complete orientation, and join the kickoff cohort within two weeks of acceptance.
Welcome to the Program!
Successful candidates receive their welcome package and are matched with mentors within 2 weeks.

Essential Qualifications:
- Ages 16-25 from any country or background
- Demonstrated passion for social justice and equity
- Some community involvement or leadership experience
- Commitment to 6-month program duration
